La mia piccola città (Acqui Terme) è una città all'apparenza bella e tranquilla ma soffre di una grave crisi di deterioramento interno, in molti apparati comunali, in molte gestioni e affari pubblici. Anche il divertimento e lo svago hanno ormai contratto questo virus, sino a intaccare il singolo cittadino che è diventato triste, scontroso e intollerante.
